These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vavve.nl and all services offered by Vave. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. vavve.nl is operated by TechOptions Group B.V. ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated and registered under the laws of Curaçao. The platform operates under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. References to "Vave", "the Site", or "the Platform" throughout these Terms mean the website accessible at vavve.nl and any associated mobile applications or services provided by TechOptions Group B.V.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence before registering. The overall minimum deposit on the Platform is the equivalent of 20 USDT (or the applicable minimum for your chosen cryptocurrency as listed above, whichever is higher). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Company. Deposits are credited to your Account once the requisite number of network confirmations has been received on the relevant blockchain.
The Company does not charge fees on deposits. However, network transaction fees and any conversion fees applied by your external wallet or third-party fiat-to-crypto services (such as Changelly, Onramper, or MoonPay) are outside the Company's control and are your sole responsibility. If you do not currently hold cryptocurrency, you may use Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, or Apple Pay through supported third-party providers to convert fiat currency before funding your Account; such conversions are governed entirely by the relevant third party's terms.
Deposits made in excess of the balance required to trigger a specific promotion will be credited to your real-money balance as normal. Only one Account per person, household, device, or IP address is entitled to receive a deposit bonus.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to cryptocurrency wallets and are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of 20 USDT (or the crypto equivalent using the relevant method). The wallet to which a withdrawal is directed must belong to and be registered in your own name; withdrawals to third-party wallets are not permitted.
Under normal operating conditions, cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed in approximately two hours. Processing times may be extended in circumstances including, but not limited to, pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or security reviews. Withdrawal requests that do not involve cryptocurrency may take up to three business days.
The Company reserves the right to split any single withdrawal of 50,000 USDT or above into instalments, which may be paid out over a period of up to 30 days.
The Company does not charge withdrawal fees on its side; however, blockchain network fees and any fees levied by your wallet provider are payable by you.
Before processing a withdrawal, the Company may require you to complete or update your KYC verification. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion. Withdrawal requests that trigger an internal security review may be subject to additional processing time.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. The Company reserves the right to deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds from a withdrawal request if the associated wagering requirement has not been met at the time the request is made.
All bonuses and promotions offered on vavve.nl are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, save that any promotion already accepted and in progress will be honoured subject to its existing terms.
Bonuses are available to one Account per person, household, device, shared computer, or IP address. The Company reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that abuse or fraud has occurred.

The wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 3x for casino and live casino play, and 1x for sports bets. Failure to do so will result in the Bonus Funds (and any winnings derived solely from them) being removed from your Account.
Casino cashback is credited every Sunday at 12:00 UTC. You have three days from the time of crediting to activate the cashback bonus. Once activated, a 5x rollover applies on accumulator bets with a minimum of two selections at combined odds of 2.0 or greater. Cashback that is not activated within the three-day window will expire and be forfeited.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice via the Site or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account.
The Company may suspend or permanently close your Account with or without notice if:
On closure of your Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via the cryptocurrency method used for deposits, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any applicable charges.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds may be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to the Company's support team in writing with a full description of the complaint. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and the specific terms of any promotion you participate in, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechOptions Group B.V. with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
